A new addition to our collection of delicious AAA Canadian Sterling Beef flank steaks that you have to taste.  This flank steak is marinated in red wine and pepper offers a combination of rich and classic flavors for your flank steak tasting experience.  This premium flank steak variation is deliciously infused with our own marinade for a deeply satisfying signature flavor.

After being carefully aged for 36-40 days, our Sterling AAA certified flank steaks are enriched with the deep beef flavors and nutty notes that define perfectly well-aged meat. An expertly balanced blend of red wine and pepper adds a savory taste, as well as a deliciously rich color that will have your taste buds salivating.

Our red wine marinade is not only very tasty, it also keeps our flank steaks wonderfully juicy and tender, making them easier to cook in a variety of ways. Throw them on the grill for a quick and easy barbecue starter, or cook it in a cast iron skillet on the stovetop before grilling in the oven. Either way, you will get an impressive bib that is sure to impress your family members and guests.

Each box contains 2.2kg of frozen flank steaks, individually vacuum sealed. Approximately 8 to 11 bibs per box. 

These flank steaks are quite filling and go perfectly with lighter accompaniments, such as mixed greens or grilled vegetables. Pour your favorite drink for a finishing touch to your delicious flank steak dinner.

Cooking mode

Thaw before cooking, either the day before in the refrigerator or in cold water for 30 to 35 minutes. Drain and be sure to save the marinade for cooking.

Baking: Preheat the oven to 400°F. In an oiled skillet over medium-high heat, brown for about 1 minute per side. On a baking sheet, transfer to the oven and bake for about 10 minutes.

BBQ cooking: On medium-high power, sear for 6 to 10 minutes and turn halfway through cooking.

Suggestions:

Before cooking: it is recommended that the meat be at room temperature.

After cooking: leave to rest for 5 minutes covered for juicier meat.
