A classic meal choice and wonderfully simple to cook, these chicken breasts only need to be cooked sous vide. With this method, your chicken will be ready in about 12 minutes, without any special effort and will be deliciously tender and juicy. Simply immerse your sous vide chicken bag in boiling water, and you can prepare the rest of your meal in peace.

Serve your tomato and basil chicken over a bed of rice or pasta to absorb all the delicious flavors. A slice of fresh baguette will also do the trick.
