It’s obvious that the secret to a General Tao chicken is in the sauce. The magic happens when we create our special soy sauce blend made from our rich-tasting oyster sauce, a perfect balance of sweet and savory. Each piece of delicious chicken is lightly breaded so that each tender, juicy bite you enjoy explodes with aroma.

Each box comes with its own set of 14 individual sachets of sauce so you can put as much or as little on your chicken as you want. Save leftover packets to enhance other Asian-style recipes or to easily season a stir-fry. Want an Asian-flavored meal ready in no time without complications? Accompany the General Tao chicken with a side of steamed rice and some crispy duck egg rolls.

Each box contains a sealed 2 kg bag of General Tao chicken as well as 14 individual sachets of sauce (for an approximate total of 10 to 14 servings of sauce). This generously sized bag will provide you with plenty of chicken to enjoy with other meals.

Cooking mode

Baking: Preheat oven to 350°F. For the chicken, place it directly from frozen on a baking tray, and cook for 25 to 30 minutes, turning halfway through cooking.

For the sauce: bring water to the boil in a small saucepan and place the sachet in it for a few minutes. The number of bags to use will depend on the quantity of chicken cooked.

Coat the sauce on the chicken as much as you like, depending on your preference.
