Our Mediterranean chicken tournedos are a big favorite among our customers and are rightfully part of our Signature collection , in addition to being one of the first poultry products to have been offered by us.
We only use the highest quality grain-fed chicken from Quebec in the making of our tournedos and are happy to be able to offer you quality and taste creativity thanks to this unique chicken version of the tournedos traditionally offered with beef. The delicious and succulent taste of chicken is wonderfully accentuated with its juicy pieces of smoky and tender bacon. Each generously sized portion is coated in our light and flavorful Mediterranean marinade that pairs perfectly with the natural flavors of chicken and bacon.

Each box contains 12 vacuum-sealed packages of 2 Mediterranean chicken tournedos (180g per package) for a total of 24 tournedos per box. We have chosen to offer packages of 2 tournedos to make it easier for you when planning your meals.
Cooking mode
Baking: Preheat oven to 350°F. Directly from frozen, on a baking tray, cook for 35 to 40 minutes, turning halfway through cooking.
