We have chosen to divide our minced veal into 454g (1 lb) portions packed lengthwise rather than spherically so that it defrosts more quickly, making your meal preparation easier. 

Use it to make juicy meatballs or delicious veal meatloaf. The culinary options for this minced veal are versatile.  This meat goes well with chopped thyme or basil, but many other options pair well with it.

Each box contains 6 individual servings of fresh frozen, vacuum-sealed ground bison, 454 g (1 lb) each.

Cooking mode

Thaw before cooking, either the day before in the refrigerator or in cold water for 40 to 50 minutes.
