Wild Atlantic Haddock
Wild Atlantic Haddock - 2.27 kg box
(+/- 18 frozen and individually vacuum sealed units )
Our Wild Atlantic Haddock is a lean saltwater white fish that's bursting with delicious flavors and is significantly more affordable than its counterparts halibut and Chilean black sea bass.
Haddock is known for its slightly sweet taste and the absence of an overly fishy aroma. It is therefore the ideal choice for all those who prefer not to taste too much of the seafood flavor. In terms of seasoning, it goes very well with spices which will subtly enhance its sweetness such as lemon, garlic, basil, parsley or onion. As an accompaniment, opt for sides that will harmonize naturally with the chosen spices such as sautéed zucchini, grilled eggplant, slices of cucumber or potatoes. Another succulent option is to serve this white fish with avocado salsa; mix pieces of avocado with a sliced onion and pressed garlic and you're served!
When it comes to preparation and cooking, you will see how easy and quick our wild haddock is to prepare. Cook it in the oven or in the pan on the stove. It contains very little natural oil and its texture is made up of flakes that are delicate and firm at the base, but which become tender once cooked. Haddock also has the perfect consistency to turn into a succulent fish 'n chips (chips and fish) meal. All you have to do is bread it and bake or fry it and then serve it with good fries and lemon wedges.
Each box contains 2.27 kg of individually vacuum sealed portions. About 18 servings.
