Our crispy puff pastry adds a touch of luxury to the already tasty salmon escalope. Each delicious piece of salmon is wrapped in light puff pastry that flakes with just the touch. Inside that flaky shell is a slice of salmon that's bursting with freshness, moist and completely covered in a creamy spinach-based sauce. A chicken base covers the bottom layer to accentuate the richness of the salmon and its meaty aroma.
This salmon puff pastry can easily be cooked straight from the freezer and only requires a short cooking time in the oven. Preheat the oven to 350°F . Directly frozen, place on a slotted baking sheet and cook for 30 to 35 minutes. For even more golden and crispy puff pastry, finish cooking with the “broil” option for 2 to 3 minutes.
