The white meat of our premium wild Atlantic cod is light and flaky and has a very mild aroma. Large chunks of cod are wrapped in fine breadcrumbs seasoned with spices and Guinness beer so each little crumb explodes with flavor. The sweetness of Guinness beer accentuates the natural taste of the fish and gives us a completely delectable aroma in its aroma that you will notice from the first moments of cooking.

To accompany your delicious fish and chips, whip up a little creamy, lemony tartar sauce by mixing mayonnaise, mustard, lemon juice and diced pickles. Cooking mode

Baking: Preheat the oven to 400°F . Directly frozen, on a baking tray for 20 to 25 minutes, turning halfway through cooking. Broil for 4 to 5 minutes for a crispier breading.
