Each piece is a blend of local cheeses including the sweet and fruity Suisse Perron, the strong-tasting St-Guillaume cheddar which has been carefully aged, smooth mozzarella and a nutty Parmesan. This style of fondue is unique in its kind and differs from traditional recipes thanks to the addition of salmon which gives a salty and smoky aroma to the velvety cheese. The delicious cross between salmon and cheese is wrapped in crunchy breadcrumbs that are utterly delectable. Each bite sparkles with a creamy and crunchy texture at the same time.

Cooking mode
