Rib Steak

- 2.7kg box (approximately 5 to 7 steaks frozen and individually vacuum sealed )

Cooking mode : 

Thaw in cold water for 20 to 25 minutes.

In a skillet over high heat, cook 2-3 minutes per side. Let rest (in foil) for about 12 minutes.
