The beef rosettes are made with a multitude of ingredients, each one as delicious as the last, and your taste buds are sure to rejoice as they taste the different, oh-so-tasty and luxurious layers. Strips of beef aged to tender and rich in flavor are carefully wrapped in creamy mozzarella cheese and juicy, flavorful ham. Small pieces of red pepper are sprinkled throughout the rosette and add a subtle sweetness to these little culinary masterpieces.

Presented so elegantly, these beef rosettes are ideal to serve to your guests whether you are entertaining them for an intimate dinner or if you have a large number of mouths to serve. Of course, you can always treat yourself to these rosettes on a weeknight for a more luxurious meal with a touch of elegance. When it comes to preparation, simplicity wins, cook them in the oven and accompany them with a main dish that you like such as creamy pasta or risotto or a side such as rice with herbs or potatoes toast and a fresh salad or grilled vegetables.

Each box contains 2kg of individual vacuum-sealed servings of beef rosettes for an approximate total of 8-10 servings per box.

Cooking mode

Thaw before cooking, either the day before in the refrigerator or in cold water for 25 to 30 minutes

Baking (defrosted): Preheat oven to 350°F. On a baking tray, cook for 20 to 25 minutes, turning halfway through cooking.

Baking (from frozen): Preheat oven to 350°F. Directly frozen, on a baking tray, cook for 25 to 30 minutes.
