Marinating your steak can maximize its flavor and moisture, and tenderize it using a meat mallet for a little extra if you desire. Our Boston steaks are wonderfully easy to cook: season both sides with salt and pepper, drizzle with a little olive oil and grill over high heat. That's it !

Cooking mode

Thaw before cooking, either the day before in the refrigerator or in cold water for 35-40 minutes.
