Our old-fashioned roasted whole chicken has crispy, golden skin that is bursting with exceptional flavors. This dish is a classic, always delicious and comforting with a tender texture that will nourish your belly and your soul at the same time.

Our premium grain-fed chicken is fully coated in our special spice blend and then slow-cooked the old-fashioned way, spit-roasted at low temperatures. This method has the advantage of offering you the softest chicken overflowing with flavor and juicy on the inside with a thin, crispy and golden skin on the outside.

Each box contains 10 large pieces of old-fashioned roast chicken divided into 3 half chickens, 3 breasts and 4 legs to make your life easier when you want to enjoy it with family or when you simply want to choose your favorite cut for a meal solo or in duo. The chicken is already precooked so all you have to do is reheat it in the oven and presto, your delectable dish is ready! Complete your plate with classic sides such as mashed potatoes with gravy or gratinated dauphinoise potatoes and a side of roasted vegetables for a most delicious, satisfying and complete meal.

Cooking mode

Baking: Preheat oven to 350°F. Directly frozen, on a baking tray, cook for 25 to 30 minutes (thighs), 35 to 40 minutes (breasts) and 45 to 50 minutes (half chicken)

Suggestion: for optimal cooking quality, use a hollow baking tray with a water base. Place a rack on top of it and place the pieces on it to cook them.
