Each box contains 2kg of individual vacuum-sealed portions of flank steaks for an approximate total of 8 to 11 Wagyu flank steaks per box.

Cooking mode :

Skillet cooking: Heat skillet over medium-high heat. Sear each side for 1 minute. Move the Wagyu filet mignons to a lower heat and cook for 3 to 5 minutes on each side, pressing to ensure even cooking. Let sit for 5 minutes.

We recommend cooking the flank meat medium rare as you will get the most tender result. Even if you like rare or medium-rare steaks).
