- box of 6 frozen and individually vacuum-sealed skewers in a pack of 2.
Cooking mode
Thaw before cooking, either the day before in the refrigerator or in cold water for 20 to 25 minutes.
Baking: Preheat oven to 350°F. On a baking tray, cook for 8 to 12 minutes (depending on desired doneness) and turn halfway through cooking.
“Broil” option cooking: On a hotplate, cook for 4 to 7 minutes depending on the desired doneness.
BBQ cooking: On high, sear for 2 to 4 minutes per side.
Suggestion: Sear in fat for 1 to 2 minutes per side over medium-high heat before cooking in the oven.
