Our satay-style marinated aged filet mignon skewer is a taste must-have, being a Signature choice thanks to its superior quality and deliciously incredible taste.

Large, succulent pieces of the most tender filet mignon fill this skewer, giving you an experience you won't soon forget. Its taste surpasses even the expectations of the most demanding beef lovers! As the name suggests, our filet mignon is generously marinated in an Indonesian satay-style sauce with sambal oelek, an Indonesian chili paste, and is aged to perfection. A few extra ingredients add to the dance of this delicious marinade inspired by the unique and bold flavors of Asia: soy sauce, ginger, lemon, oil, brown sugar (brown sugar) and spices, resulting in a harmonious blend bursting with flavor. The tender filet mignon is covered in a rich, rather dark colored sauce as well as a happy balance of spices.

These beef skewers can be cooked easily and, above all, quickly, whether in the oven or even on the grill! They are therefore the ideal meal for your busy evenings and your shared meals where the barbecue is in the spotlight. This beefy delight goes great with just about anything, such as your favorite salad or delicious grilled or steamed vegetables. You can also accompany them with shrimp or your favorite fish to treat yourself to a land and sea meal or indulge in Asian flavors by serving them with our delicious chicken egg rolls, our duck meat imperial rolls or our famous General Tao chicken.

Each box contains 8 individually vacuum sealed portions and each box includes 2 skewers (110g each) for a total of 16 skewers.

Thaw before cooking, either the day before in the refrigerator or in cold water for 20 to 25 minutes. Drain and be sure to save the marinade for cooking.

Cooking mode

Baking: Preheat oven to 350°F. On a baking tray, cook for 8 to 12 minutes (depending on desired doneness) and turn halfway through cooking. Brush with excess marinade.

“Broil” option cooking: On a hotplate, cook for 4 to 7 minutes depending on the desired doneness.

BBQ cooking: On high, sear for 2 to 4 minutes per side, basting with excess marinade.

Suggestion: Sear in fat for 1 to 2 minutes per side over medium-high heat before cooking in the oven and “broil” option.
