Cooked in 15-20 minutes max, they are as delicious as they are easy to prepare and are a wonderful alternative to ordering takeout. Cooking mode

Thaw before cooking, either the day before in the refrigerator or in cold water for 20 to 25 minutes.

Baking: Preheat the oven to 375°F. On a baking sheet, cook for 18 to 20 minutes and turn halfway through cooking.

Sous-vide cooking: Directly from frozen , place in boiling water for 12 to 15 minutes.
