Cooking mode

Thaw before cooking, either the day before in the refrigerator or in cold water for 20 to 25 minutes.

Baking: Preheat oven to 375°F. On a baking tray, cook for 15 to 20 minutes and turn halfway through cooking.

Sous-vide cooking: Directly frozen in boiling water, 12 to 15 minutes
