Prime Certified for exceptional quality offering generous cuts of rich red beef that feature an abundant amount of marbling allowing the steak to remain wonderfully moist and tender throughout cooking, whilst imparting an intense beefy flavor that is so deep and so rich that it rarely needs marinating. These strip steaks are also boneless, which allows for more even cooking.
This fabulous cut of meat retains its juices incredibly well over high heat, making it a great choice for dry heat cooking on the grill, under the broiler, or in a cast iron skillet on the stovetop. Just a few minutes on high heat is all it takes to achieve the perfect prime rib – aim for a delicious brown crust that reveals a tender, juicy steak inside. Our strip steaks pair deliciously with seafood for a gourmet dinner, or you can simply serve them with classic sides like potatoes or rice and grilled vegetables. Finally, top off your delicious strip steak with your favorite sauce for a little extra deserved.
Each box contains 3kg of frozen and individually vacuum-sealed strip steak. About 8 to 10 servings.
Cooking mode
Thaw before cooking, either the day before in the refrigerator or in cold water for 30 to 35 minutes. Seasoned and/or marinated according to your preference.
Baking: Preheat oven to 375°F. Sear in fat for 1 to 2 minutes per side over medium-high heat before cooking in the oven. On a baking tray, transfer to the oven and cook for 10 to 20 minutes (depending on desired doneness) and turn halfway through cooking.
BBQ cooking: On high power, sear for 2 to 4 minutes per side, depending on desired doneness.
Suggestion :
Before cooking: it is recommended that the meat be at room temperature
After cooking: let rest for 8 to 12 minutes before enjoying
