We use premium grain-fed poultry from the best Quebec poultry farms. The chicken is marinated in a simply irresistible sauce sweetened with maple and moderately spicy with chipotle peppers, unique in their smoky flavor. Each succulent piece of chicken is stuffed with tender pork tenderloin seasoned with our homemade artisan spice blend that will awaken your taste buds with a delicious wave of aromas.

Each box contains 12 individual vacuum-sealed servings of 275g each. This dish is a superb option for all those good eaters who have a good taste for their fork! Serve it on a nest of fragrant rice or with potatoes prepared in your favorite way and you are ready to offer a hearty family meal on a weeknight or a dinner with friends. Cooking mode

Thaw before cooking, either the day before in the refrigerator or in cold water for 40 to 45 minutes. Save the marinade for basting.

Baking: Preheat oven to 350°F. On a baking tray or in a “Pyrex” dish, cook for 40 to 45 minutes.  Brush with the marinade halfway through cooking.

Suggestion :

You can also sear on the pan for 1 to 2 minutes. per side. On a baking tray or in a “Pyrex” dish, cook for 40 to 45 minutes.  Brush with the sauce halfway through cooking.
