Paired well with a homemade lobster bisque and mashed potatoes, this shell will impress you.

Our shell is at least one and a half times larger than the shells usually found on the market, making it ideal for sharing as an elegant starter or serving as a main dish to satisfy your cravings. Its preparation is very simple with 100% seafood from the Magdalen Islands.  There is no need to defrost it beforehand, simply place it directly on the oven rack or on a baking tray and that's it. The shell is already a wonderful dish in itself, but it also goes very well with a slice of fresh baguette and a mixed green salad. Top off this sublime meal with a glass of your favorite white wine and let yourself be carried away by the delicious harmony of flavors.

Each box contains 8 individual vacuum-sealed portions of seafood-stuffed shell, 400g each.

Cooking mode

Baking: Preheat oven to 370°F. With its container, place on a baking tray and cook directly from frozen for 40-45 minutes.
