Our Quebec souvlaki pork chop is made entirely from the highest quality pork and is local. Its exceptional taste and extraordinary quality have earned it a place at the heart of our favorite dishes from the Signature collection. Here, pork completely changes its status thanks to its delicious qualities and holds its own alongside high-end meats without forgetting its delicious protein content.

The pork is marinated in its own broth which is naturally very delectable, allowing it to keep its tender and juicy texture even if you cook it a little too much. Each cutlet is completely covered in our succulent souvlaki marinade made with lemon, olive oil and a simple spice blend. This is the perfect dish to serve when you need to prepare a complete meal in no time. It is full of delicious flavors and it is almost impossible to fail when cooked even if you cook it too long.

Whether you cook them in the oven or on the grill, your gourmet success is assured! Pork souvlaki is typically served with lemon-flavored rice, potatoes and a delicious Greek salad; this blend of lemony and sparkling flavors harmonizes wonderfully with the tasty marinade and balances the fat of the pork. That said, pork chops serve very well with most sides and are complemented nicely with a hint of lemon juice.

Each box contains 3.3 kg of pork chop divided into 7 to 9 individual portions each vacuum sealed.

Cooking mode

Thaw before cooking, either the day before in the refrigerator or in cold water for 30 to 35 minutes. 

Baking: Preheat oven to 400°F. On a baking tray, cook for 20 to 25 minutes, turning halfway through cooking.

BBQ cooking: On high, sear for 3 to 5 minutes per side.

Suggestion: Sear in fat for 1 to 2 minutes per side over medium-high heat before cooking in the oven.
