- box of approximately 15 ribs frozen and individually vacuum sealed with marinade

Cooking mode :

Sous vide cooking: Directly frozen and in its packaging, immerse in boiling water for approximately 10 to 12 minutes. If you wish, you can finish it for 1 to 2 minutes in broil. 

Baking:

Thaw before cooking, either the day before in the refrigerator or in cold water for 20 to 25 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 375°F and bake on a baking sheet for 20-25 minutes.
