BBQ ribs 8-10 units
Each box contains between 4.5 and 5.5 kg, 8-10 units individually vacuum sealed. Our ribs were cooked in apple juice to remove the slight aftertaste of the pork.

Method of preparation
Sous-vide preparation: Place the product directly with the sous-vide in boiling water for 10 to 12 minutes and serve. You can also finish by placing the ribs on a rack and broil parchment paper for 2-3 minutes to make them a little crispy.
BBQ cooking: Defrost the day before in the refrigerator or 30 minutes in cold water. Simply reheat the ribs over medium-high heat for 15 to 20 minutes, basting them with the succulent marinade during cooking.
