Our pork ribs are completely covered in our sweet whiskey sauce made with a flavorful amalgam of juicy tomatoes, brown sugar (brown sugar) and whiskey. The sweetness of the brown sugar perfectly balances the acidity of the tomatoes and the whiskey adds a dose of depth and body. Each rib is so tender that it falls off the bone at the touch of it.

Each portion of ribs contains 1 to 1.2 kg of ribs, therefore offering a larger quantity than those purchased in grocery stores, as a general rule, and at the same time, unbeatable value for money. In addition to being a great bargain, they are pre-cooked and practical, preparing in no time; just a few minutes in the oven or on the grill to warm them up and your appetite will be deliciously satisfied. Each box contains 5 individual packages of 1 to 1.2 kg of vacuum-sealed ribs. This is an ideal meal to share with family or to impress your friends with at your next barbecue.

Cooking mode

Thaw before cooking, either the day before in the refrigerator or in cold water for 30 to 35 minutes. Save the marinade for basting.

Baking: Preheat the oven to 350°F . On a baking tray, cook for 20 to 30 minutes and turn halfway through cooking. Brush gradually halfway through cooking

BBQ cooking: On medium-high power, grill for 15 to 20 minutes, turning halfway through cooking. Brush during cooking with the marinade set aside.
