Fresh and juicy, our tiger shrimps are peeled and deveined to make your job easier in the kitchen so you can add them to your meals when a seafood craving arises.

Our premium shrimp are aesthetically pretty with their tiger stripes that turn slightly pink when cooked. They are naturally fleshy and pleasantly juicy, have a firm and tender texture at the same time as well as a moderately sweet aroma. Our shrimp are not plumped or injected with water unlike many tiger shrimp found on the market. In addition, they have excellent nutritional value with their high protein intake, the presence of omega-3 and 6 fatty acids, several minerals and antioxidants.

Since we took care of the prep work, flavorful tiger prawns are incredibly easy to prepare and just as versatile to cook. Place them under the grill for a juicy little treat that's ready in no time or brown them in a pan and then add them to a delicious vegetable stir-fry, for example. You can also put them on sticks and enjoy succulent skewers served as an accompaniment to our filet mignon or strip steak. Finally, you always have the tempting option of adding these divine shrimp to a seafood feast.

Cooking mode

Thaw before cooking, either the day before in the refrigerator or in cold water for 20 to 25 minutes.

Cooking in a pan: In a fatty medium, cook over medium-high heat, 1 to 2 minutes per side.
