New Brunswick salmon escalope

Being so close geographically to New Brunswick, it is difficult to beat the freshness of this salmon which comes straight from our favorite supplier True North, a company renowned for its offering of the highest quality available throughout the Canadian fish market . The salmon is filleted and packaged directly on the boat and frozen within a day of their fishing to ensure optimal freshness.

Each of our salmon cutlets is a bright orange, dependent on its superior quality and healthiest freshness. Thanks to their tender and silky texture, they are ideal for cooking premium sushi and tartars that melt in your mouth.

Salmon cutlets can obviously be used in many different ways in a multitude of recipes well beyond sushi and tartares. Include them in your favorite poke bowls, serve them over a fresh, vibrant salad, or use them as the main protein in a seafood meal. You can also serve them with a delicious steak and treat yourself to a put together land and sea! Top it all off with a good glass of your favorite white wine to highlight the fabulous aromas of the delicious escalopes.

Each box contains 2.5 kg of New Brunswick salmon for a total of approximately 12 to 15 individual vacuum-sealed cutlet servings.

Cooking mode

Thaw before cooking, either the day before in the refrigerator or in cold water for 25 to 30 minutes. 

Baking: Preheat oven to 350°F.  On a baking sheet, cook for 15 to 18 minutes. 

Important: To eat raw (tartar, sushi and/or poke bowl preparation), make sure you have defrosted using the cold water method just before use.
