Ribeye is one of the most popular cuts of steak thanks to its exceptional profile that is bursting with flavor and is very tender, especially when it comes to ours, rated Sterling AAA and aged for 40 days. Our superior quality rib-eye steak is offered to you in huge, even massive, portions, and its rich red will seduce your pupils as much as your taste buds! What's more, the portions are so generous that even those who are known to have a very good fork will be completely satisfied!

The sirloin comes from the main cut and is located in the middle of the ribs. The high marbling makes this steak perfectly moist and tender from start to finish, plus it has a mouth-watering beef aroma so deep that it doesn't even need to be marinated. In addition, these rib-eye steaks are boneless, which greatly facilitates evenly distributed cooking.

Ribeye is known for its natural flavor which retains its delicious juices when cooked at high temperatures, making it ideal for cooking on the barbecue. You can also cook it under the oven grill (the broil function in English) or in the pan on the stove. The best and most delicious way to cook your rib-eye steak is over very high heat, quickly, to give it a nice brown crust on the outside and a tender and juicy interior. This cut of steak pairs perfectly with seafood if you're in the mood for a deluxe surf and turf meal. It also goes very well with good potatoes and grilled vegetables. As a finishing touch, add your favorite sauce.

Each box contains 3kg of rib eye steak for a total of 6-7 individual vacuum sealed pieces per box.

Cooking mode

Thaw before cooking, either the day before in the refrigerator or in cold water for 30 to 35 minutes. 

Baking: Preheat oven to 375°F.  On a frying pan over very high heat, sear for about 2 minutes per side.   Reduce the heat and continue cooking for a few more minutes. Place on a baking tray and cook for 6 to 10 minutes (depending on desired doneness).

BBQ cooking: On high, grill on each side for 3 to 5 minutes.
