It therefore lends itself ideally to seasonings with spices and herbs or even to a simple marinade. For an easy to make and delicious seasoning, combine salt and pepper with oregano and spread it all over your pork tenderloin.

Our pork tenderloin is easy to cook with a wide variety of methods at your fingertips. The best known and the great classic at the same time is roasting in the oven, a method which will result in juicy pork with a beautiful grilled crust. You can also cook it from scratch on the stovetop by slicing it into round medallions or smaller pieces. Cooking it in the slow cooker is another option that will give you the most succulent, incredibly tender and totally juicy pork. Obviously, barbecue is always a handy, easy and delicious option. There are so many ways to cook your pork tenderloin that, each time, will give you a sumptuous result that is perfect for a weeknight. Each box contains 3 kg of freshly frozen, vacuum-sealed individual portions of pork tenderloin for an approximate total of 5-7 pieces per box.

Cooking mode

Thaw before cooking, either the day before in the refrigerator or in cold water for 25 to 30 minutes. 

Baking: Preheat oven to 400°F-425°F. In a pan, sear for 1 to 2 minutes per side. On a baking sheet or “Pyrex” dish, transfer to the oven and cook for about 20 minutes.
