We only use the best quality Quebec pork in the making of our steakhouse-style marinated pork tenderloin, a cut recognized as the filet mignon of pork. Our delicious marinade is a perfect balance of savory flavors and will be an unforgettable, finger-licking experience for your taste buds.

Pork tenderloin is sometimes nicknamed “the gentleman’s cut” which is characterized by its high quality and its tender, long and wide cut. The filet is completely coated in a rich, deep-tasting red “steakhouse” marinade made with garlic, onion and red peppers for a perfectly sweet and spicy burst in the mouth.

Our pork tenderloin is simple to cook and gives you a wide variety of options. Slice it into round medallions or smaller pieces to start and cook it entirely on the stovetop. Make it a classic roast in the oven and indulge in incredibly juicy pork with a beautiful grilled crust; another option that will give you the most succulent pork is to cook it in a slow cooker. Of course, barbecue is always an easy and delicious option. There are as many ways to cook your pork tenderloin as there are sumptuous results, and they all taste wonderful on a weeknight. Serve it nicely with mashed potatoes or other starchy vegetables such as corn, parsnips or sweet potatoes.

Each box contains 3kg of fresh frozen , vacuum sealed individual servings of marinated pork tenderloin for a total of approximately 5-7 pieces per box.

Cooking mode

Thaw before cooking, either the day before in the refrigerator or in cold water for 25 to 30 minutes. 

Baking: Preheat oven to 400°F-425°F. In a pan, sear for 1 to 2 minutes per side. On a baking tray, cook for approximately 20 minutes.

Suggestion :

Before cooking: it is recommended that the meat be at room temperature

After cooking: let rest for 2 to 3 minutes before enjoying
