Our wild Atlantic cod loin is vacuum sealed and frozen immediately after being wild caught in the Atlantic to ensure optimal freshness for cooking and preservation of its authentic taste. The cut of our wild Atlantic cod loins is much thicker than other white-fleshed fish on the market. Its sweet, milky flavor and its texture, both tender and firm, harmonize into a flaky bite that rhymes with pleasure. Thaw before cooking, either the day before in the refrigerator or in cold water for 25 to 30 minutes.

Baking: Preheat oven to 350 °F.  On a baking sheet, cook for 12 to 15 minutes.
