Cooking mode

Thaw before cooking, either the day before in the refrigerator or in cold water for 35-40 minutes.

Cooking in a pan: In a pan with fat and medium-high heat, cook for 1 to 2 minutes per side.

Important: to eat raw (tartar, sushi and/or poke bowl preparation), make sure you have defrosted using the cold water method just before use
