Make your meal especially memorable with our sensational Canadian scallops. Prized for their smooth texture and delicate softness, these pale pink sea gems will add a wonderfully luxurious element to your plate.
An excellent source of omega-3 fats and magnesium, these Canadian scallops have a slightly sweet taste similar to crab and lobster. Their texture is incredibly smooth, giving the ultimate melt-in-your-mouth sensation.
Highly sought after for their superior flavor and tenderness, our scallops can be cooked in many brilliant ways. The best way is to sear them in a hot pan on the stove, but you can also grill them for a seafood barbecue. Adding a little breading, putting them in a fryer or simply baking them in the oven are excellent ways to cook scallops. Regardless of the cooking method you choose, scallops cook quickly, so watch them closely. Our Canadian scallops, however, make the cooking process a little easier. Thanks to their large size and natural succulence, they are quite forgiving and less likely to become rubbery if slightly overcooked. Extra tip: soak in milk before cooking to make them super tender!
With these Canadian scallops, there are so many mouth-watering ways to elevate your dining experience. Serve them as an impressive starter with elegant side dishes or incorporate them into an upscale surf and turf menu. They're also a great way to quickly transform your pasta, risotto or salad into a fancy meal. Be creative and enjoy this delicacy to the fullest!
