Cooking mode

Thaw before cooking, either the day before in the refrigerator or in cold water for 35 to 40 minutes.

Baking: Preheat oven to 350°F. On a baking sheet, cook for 15 to 18 minutes, turning halfway through cooking.

BBQ cooking: On medium-high power, cook for 6 to 10 minutes, turning halfway through cooking.
