Cooking mode

Thaw before cooking, either the day before in the refrigerator or in cold water for 35 to 40 minutes.

Baking: Preheat the oven to the “broil” option. On a baking sheet, cook for about 8 to 10 minutes, turning halfway through cooking.

BBQ cooking: On high heat, cook for 8 to 10 minutes, turning halfway through cooking.
