Tantalizing as can be, our sirloin steak stands out for the enormity of the pieces of red and delicious meat which embrace the famous and emblematic “T” shaped bone from which comes its English name known to all, the “ T-bone”. Its absolutely incredible taste and tenderness make it the number one choice for most meat lovers.

T-bone steak is the combination of 2 extraordinary cuts, the strip loin and the filet mignon, both of which are among the most popular cuts. The two fillets are separated by a “T” shaped bone which makes the steak beautifully juicy and rich in flavor from the marrow so tasty. The texture and extraordinary taste of these two sublime cuts differ in aroma, creating a powerful amalgam of scents so unforgettable, they will make your mouth water.    

The ideal cooking of this majestic steak involves seasoning with a marinade or simple spices followed by cooking on the barbecue which will take care of the rest. Cooking it on the oven grill (the “broil” function in English) is also a good method for sirloin steak; You will need to turn it halfway through cooking after 13 to 20 minutes depending on the thickness of the cut. Try as much as possible to place the fillet where the heat is least so that it doesn't cook before the strip loin, the other part of the steak, is ready. Then cover it with aluminum foil, without closing it too tightly, and let it rest for 5 minutes before embarking on its delicious tasting. As an accompaniment, grilled sweet potatoes , green beans and good fresh corn on the cob will go wonderfully with your sirloin steak. Top it all off with a glass of full-bodied red wine and that’s it!

Each box contains 2.7 kg of vacuum-sealed T-bone steaks divided into individual portions for a total of 4 steaks per box.

Cooking mode

Thaw before cooking, either the day before in the refrigerator or in cold water for 40 to 50 minutes.

Baking: Preheat oven to 375°F. In a pan, sear for 2 to 3 minutes per side. On a baking sheet, transfer to the oven and cook for 10 to 15 minutes, turning halfway through cooking.

BBQ cooking: On high, grill for 3 to 5 minutes per side.

Suggestion :

Before cooking: it is recommended that the meat be at room temperature

After cooking: let rest for 8 to 12 minutes before enjoying.
