- box of 2 tomahawk steaks

Do you dream of eating the best steak of your life? If so, this is where it’s happening thanks to our spectacular prime rib! Its name in English, tomahawk steak , is inspired by its resemblance to a large ax used by Native Americans. Huge and dazzling in size, this cut comes with an intense aroma that will make your taste buds cry with joy.

Tomahawk steak is also known as rib-eye steak or rib steak in French, and is characterized by its incredible tenderness and buttery aroma. Recognized for the quality of its expertly carved cut, it is the remarkable butchery of this cut which distinguishes it and gives it its favorite taste and its remarkable aesthetic appearance . The intramuscular fat content of this steak is naturally high which creates a lovely marbling of white lines in the meat offering an intensely wonderful beef aroma.

Tomahawk steak retains its delicious juices well when cooked at high temperature, making it ideal for cooking on the barbecue. You can also cook it on the oven grill (the “broil” function in English) at ultra-high temperature or on the stovetop in a cast iron skillet. By opting for a quick cooking method at high temperature, you will obtain the most exquisite brown crust on the outside while keeping the interior super tender and juicy. This cut goes wonderfully with seafood if you want a surf and turf dinner. If you're more in the mood for simplicity, opt for sides that naturally go well with the steak, such as potatoes. grilled earth and vegetables.

Finally, coat your “ tomahawk steak ” with your favorite sauce without adding too much so that you can enjoy its natural meat aroma.

Each box contains 2 vacuum-sealedtomahawk steaks” in their individual bag.
