In your box, we have also included Beef Wellington's favorite companion: a demi-glazed port sauce to accompany your simply decadent meal. As for preparation, nothing could be simpler, heat the sauce in its sachet and pour it over your beef Wellington or place it in a small bowl or ramekin to dip the beef.

A sumptuous wellington can be quite a challenge to prepare on your own. This is why we have taken care to prepare everything for you. Get the most out of restaurant-quality food, but in the comfort of your own home with ease. Serve your beef Wellington with velvety mashed potatoes or crispy roasted potatoes and simple vegetables with a bit of crunch such as asparagus, green beans or baby carrots.

Cooking mode

Baking: Preheat oven to 400°F. Directly frozen, place on a slotted baking tray and cook for 25 to 30 minutes.

Suggestion: To have even more golden and crispy puff pastry, finish cooking with the “broil” option for 2 to 3 minutes.
